The Lligwy Bay is fantastic and contains ancient geological features in addition to being a great sandy bay for bathing and exploring the rocks. You will also pass the memorial to The Royal Charter - an awful maritime disiaster as well as the RNLI Heritage Centre.

This walk on the Isle of Anglesey North Wales, starts at Llanddwyn/Newborough Beach, takes you around the historical Ynys Llanddwyn/Llanddwyn Island (the retreat of St Dwynwen's, the Welsh equivalent of Saint Valentine), through Newborough Forest and across Newborough Warren.
