This route is from Melin Tregwynt to the former slate quarry site of Abereiddy, passing near the inland town of Trefin and through the quaint harbours of Abercastle and Porthgain.

The sixth stage and first leg of the Welsh section of the Wexford-Pembrokeshire Pilgrim Way starts at Goodwick / Fishguard. Visit first the sacred space of Llanwnda, before continuing along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to end at Melin Tregwynt.

Impressive and unusual geology in this eight stage, as well as prolific birdlife and wildflowers, neolithic burial chambers and a medieval village in the shadow of rocky outcrops following the coastline.

This final, ninth stage of the Wexford-Pembrokeshire Pilgrim Way takes you to the remote St Davids Peninsula with three holy wells and stone circle before arrival at St Davids.

2.5hrs at an easy pace. Loop from John St, Dunoon to Ardnadam Chapel. Taking in slight detour to Dunan Hill viewpoint. Moderate hills.

A long and relatively easy walk following The Cowal Way from Strachur over to Glendaruel. After Garvie Farm the difficulty increases; we leave the Cowal Way and embark on a steep hike followed by a treacherous gorge walk. There follows a hike over rough ground to reach Garbhallt Lochain, before finding the forestry track that leads down to the roadside at Garbhallt.
