Vandring i Northern Ireland

You are looking for a hiking challenge, for beautiful views and a stunning landscape, and you don't want to care about orientation while walking? Follow the complete circle of the Mourne Wall and climb many of the Mourne Mountains, including the top of this outstanding small mountain range, the Slieve Donnard.

A loop walk from the harbour at Church Bay leads to Rue Point and the lighthouse, the southern tip of the island. Returning on the Roonivoolin Trail around Ushet Lough the route rejoins the road to return back to the harbour.  

This is a relatively easy day’s walk connecting the seaside towns of Portstewart and Portrush. From here the Coastal Way continues along the sweeping beach of Curran Strand then up onto the cliffs to Portballintrae and finishing in Bushmills.   

This is a scenic walk around the head of Glenariff passing several of its famous waterfalls. Descending the eastern side of the glen the route follows the Glenariff River down to the pleasant town of Cushendall.  

A classic coast walk includes a spectacular cliff section through The Giant’s Causeway World Heritage Site then along White Park Bay to Ballintoy.
