Conca degli Sfulmini, where Rifugio Alimonta is located, is the Dolomiti di Brenta’s most beautiful amphitheatre and one of the most scenic spots in the entire Dolomites. Which means that, if you want to enjoy a true ‘Dolomites experience’, all you have to do is discover for yourself this fantastic place which also happens to be on the ‘Sentiero delle Bocchette’, the Alps’ most famous ‘via ferrata’.

La Valle di Fumo, prosecuzione della Valle di Daone, risulta essere la vallata più importante per estensione di tutto il Gruppo Adamello – Presanella. Il bacino idroelettrico di Malga Bissina e la conca del fiume Chiese fanno da cornice al percorso lungo un sentiero pressoché pianeggiante, immerso in uno scenario da cartolina, sicuramente da non perdere.

Da Sanzeno a Senale. Boschi, praterie, villaggi e piccole chiese che sono dei gioiellini d’arte sacra. Sentieri e luoghi attraversati dai pellegrini da ben 500 anni!

The lonely and unknown Lagorai trekking leads through a wild nature, across lot of tiny mountain lakes and flowery meadows. Along the whole way you can admire beautiful landscapes on the Dolomites mountains such as Latemar, Rosengarten, Sella, Pale di San Martino and the big south wall of Marmolada. This particular trekking on volcano rocks amazes for the variety of colours, the different shades of green of pastures and trees, the blue of rivers and lakes and the pink of the rhododendrons which blossom in July, are a strong contrast with the dark colour of volcano rocks. Last stage of this trekking goes through the Natural Park of Paneveggio where you can see the famous red spruces, whose resonance wood was used from the famous violin maker Stradivari.

Il toponimo Lavarone non identifica un capoluogo, identifica invece il territorio (ampio 25 kmq) che si estende al centro dell'Alpe Cimbra, tra i comuni di Folgaria e Luserna. E come tutti i territori di origine cimbra è costellato di piccoli centri frazionali, ben 18, eredi dei primi insediamenti a maso, fondati dagli antichi coloni tedeschi (XIII - XIV sec.).  

Itinerario trekking particolarmente affascinante che porta alla vetta del Monte Altissimo, una cima straordinariamente panoramica. La vista sul grande Lago di Garda rende questo percorso molto caratteristico. In giornate limpide lo sguardo spazia dall'Adamello alle Piccole Dolomiti passando dal Gruppo di Brenta e dal Pasubio.

The entrance to the Giudicarie: Monte Stigolo is the watershed between Valle di Ledro and Valle del Chiese and offers beautiful views over both. 

The three lakes are blue pearls set in porphyry.
